I offer complete remote support — detailed video walkthroughs of every property, live video calls during site visits, legal verification with trusted partners, and Power of Attorney assistance. Many of my clients have purchased properties from Dubai, UK, and USA without ever flying to Pakistan.
Standard market rates apply — typically 2% for buyers and 2% for sellers. But I'm flexible depending on the deal size and complexity. I'll always be upfront about all fees before we start working together.
My primary focus is Lahore, but I also handle properties in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and Karachi through my trusted partner network. If you're looking outside these cities, reach out anyway — I'll point you to someone reliable.
From first viewing to handover, most transactions take 3 to 6 weeks. The timeline depends on how quickly we find the right property, and how fast the legal verification and payment process moves. I'll give you a realistic timeline upfront.
Absolutely — this is one of my specialties. Inherited properties often need extra documentation work (mutation, heir NOCs, etc.). I'll walk you through every step and coordinate with the legal team to make it as smooth as possible.
